Recipes

Simple, flavourful meals you’ll actually want to make – fast, fresh, and fuss-free.

Welcome to my kitchen.

I’ve spent over 10 years exploring different ways of eating, from Eat Clean to Fighter Diet, and eventually discovered that a low-carb lifestyle works best for both my husband and me.

After trying countless recipes (and baking far too many “clean” cakes), I finally found balance: food that is quick to make, satisfying, and fits into everyday life.

But turning 55 was a wake-up call. I could not eat the way I used to. I felt sluggish and tired, and the weight slowly crept in. That was when I knew it was time to change how I cooked and, more importantly, how I fuelled my body.

I create these recipes from everything I’ve learned — flavourful, uncomplicated, and made to support real life.

No More Boring Breakfasts

Are you tired of the same old breakfast routine? Don’t believe the myth that low-carb breakfasts are limited to just eggs.
GrandmaZeal offers satisfying, straightforward options, from 90-second microwave bread and fluffy cloud bread to flour-free rye-style slices, nutty granola, and easy low-carb pancakes.

Whether you are reducing carbohydrates or looking for healthier, quick-to-prepare options, these breakfast recipes are perfect choices.

Simple Mains. Big Flavour.

Dinner doesn’t have to be a drama or a diet.
These are the recipes I rely on when I want something filling, full of flavour, and doable, without spending hours in the kitchen (unless I’m up for it).

Low-carb, gluten-free, and budget-friendly, made for real life, not a fancy cookbook.
On a busy weeknight or at a weekend family dinner, these meals prove you can eat well, feel good, and keep it simple.

Budget friendly

Healthy Doesn’t Have To Mean Expensive

I’ve learned how to cook meals that taste good and don’t cost a fortune. A few smart swaps and a little planning, and suddenly, you’ve got healthy food without the stress or the price tag.

Desserts (with Less Guilt)

Who says you can’t have your cake and stay on track?
These sweet treats skip the sugar crash but keep all the satisfaction and are made with almond flour, eggs, and smart swaps like stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit instead of traditional sugar.

Most of these will not spike your blood sugar, yet they can still satisfy your sweet tooth.

Enjoy.
