Mind & Energy looks at the beliefs, habits and everyday thinking that shape how we live in midlife.

Many ideas about getting older are repeated so often that we begin to accept them as normal — weaker bodies, smaller lives, fewer options.

Here, I look closer at those beliefs.

Some posts explore movement. Others focus on everyday life — walking, hobbies, energy levels, the company we keep, and the routines that shape our days.
