1tspApple cider vinegar - (or white wine vinegar)
Instructions
Cut the cabbage in half, then in quarters. Cut off the core, then slice the cabbage.
1 medium White cabbage
Heat the oil in the skillet, add bay leaves, sliced cabbage, salt, black pepper and cumin. Low the temperature, sear it for 2 min. Add seasoning and water.
2 Bay leaves, 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1/2 tsp Sea salt, 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper, 1/4 tsp Ground cumin, 1/2 cup Water
Stir occasionally and add more water if necessary.
Once the cabbage is soft, add erythritol and vinegar, stir, simmer for a couple of minutes and turn off.
