Ingredients
For the mixed fruit layer:
8-10
large
Bramley apples
-
Or any others
2
Pears
1/2
cup
Plums
-
you can add more or less

tsp
Cinammon powder

add more if you like
For the oat and nut topping:
1
cup
Rolled oats
1/2
cup
Mixed chopped nuts
-
Almonds, walnuts, pecans, Brazil nuts

tbsp
Maple syrup

Use keto version

Coconut oil

Or butter
Instructions
Preheat
the oven to 180°C (350°F)
Peel, quarter and core the apples and pears. Halve the plums if you have fresh ones.
8-10 large Bramley apples,
2 Pears,
1/2 cup Plums
Then grate aples and pears streaignt to the baking dish, spread plums over.
Level and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
1 tsp Cinammon powder
In a separate bowl mix all ingredients for crumble topp
1 cup Rolled oats,
1/2 cup Mixed chopped nuts,
2 tbsp Maple syrup,
1/4 cup Coconut oil
Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit.
Bake
for about 40–45 minutes, until the topping turns golden and the fruit begins to bubble through the edges.
Cool slightly
before serving. It tastes best warm.
