or any other low-carb bread

Instructions
Fry bacon on medium heat for 1 min.
2 rashes Bacon
Add butter (if using), sliced mushrooms, and fry for another 3 min.
3 large Mushrooms,
1 tsp Butter
Season mushrooms with garlic.

Break a whole egg (and egg white if using) into the same pan and place a slice of microwave bread on top. Press slightly.

Fry the egg on medium heat for 3-4 min until it's cooked to your desire.
Transfer bacon and mushrooms to a plate, add the bread upside down so the egg is on top and season with salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy.
