250ml (for minimasing spillage)
1 frother
or blender
Ingredients
Basic ingredients
High quality coffee
-
prefferably organic and mould free
1
tbsp
Grass-fed butter or ghee
-
I like organic/bio
1
tbsp
MCT oil
-
or high quality coconut oil
Optional ingredients
dash
Ground cinnamon
dash
Turmeric powder
sprinkle
Ground black pepper
-
for better absorption of turmeric
dash
Cacao powder
2
drops
Stevia drops chocolate flavour
-
vanilla or caramel flaour would work too
Instructions
Brew a fresh cup of coffee.
High quality coffee
Add 1tablespoons of grass-fed butter and one tablespoon of MCT oil.
1 tbsp MCT oil,
1 tbsp Grass-fed butter or ghee
Add any or all of the following: cinnamon, turmeric, ground black pepper, stevia drops, or cacao (optional).
dash Ground cinnamon ,
dash Turmeric powder,
sprinkle Ground black pepper,
dash Cacao powder,
2 drops Stevia drops chocolate flavour
Blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
