Ingredients

Cocoa powder

Ground cinnamon

Chocolate protein powder

Boiling water

Unsweetened almond milk

or dairy-free unsweetened milk of your choice (divided)

Instructions
Add cocoa powder, a dash of cinnamon and erythritol (if using)to the mug, and stir.
2 tsp Cocoa powder,
dash Ground cinnamon ,
1 tsp Erythritol
Add half the boiling water and a splash almond milk (or milk of your choice) and stir again.
1/2 cup Boiling water,
1/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk
Add chocolate protein powder, and mix with a frother. (Use a fork if you don't have a frother, or you can mix the hot chocolate in a blender.)
1 tbsp Chocolate protein powder
Top up the mug with the rest of the hot water and just enough of the almond milk to still keep it hot.
1/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk,
1/2 cup Boiling water
Add double cream if using and stir well with a teaspoon.
