Ingredients

Chicken thighs

Ground caraway

Instructions
Cut the chicken into thin slices and mix well with the egg.
3 large Chicken thighs ,
1 whole Egg
Thinly slice the garlic and drain the green beans.
2 cans Green beans ,
4 Garlic cloves
Heat half of the oil in the frying pan. When hot, add beans and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
3 tbsp Olive oil
Heat the rest of the oil in the second pan, then add the chicken mixed with egg. Stir quickly, so the pieces don't stick together by 2 min.
Add the beans to the pan with the chicken and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
Add vegetable stockpot, little by little, just as much as needed.
1/4 cup Vegetable stock
Add ground caraway and sliced garlic, stir and turn off the heat.
