Instructions
Put the butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave for 20 sec
1 tbsp Butter
Add all the dry ingredients to the same bowl, then add the egg. Mix well until smooth.
1 tbsp Almond flour,
1 tbsp Potato fibre,
1 tbsp Protein powder unflavoured,
1/2 tsp Psyllium husk,
1/2 tsp Baking powder,
1 large Egg,
pinch Salt
Cook in the microwave on a high setting for 90 seconds (1min 30 sec)
Let cool for a couple of minutes.
Slice and enjoy.
